Andrew Morris, 37, is at the head of the organization (such as it presently is). His first brush with leading an ambitious organization came at the age of 18, when he organized a corporation aimed at establishing passenger rail service between Chicago and Rockford, Illinois. (Coincidentally, though he did not accomplish this, the same proposal has now been made by the state Department of Transportation). He subsequently served as technical support lead for the Coalition to Rock Chicago Radio,
a group that sought to establish a new radio station in the Chicago market, and otherwise to promote local music. He holds a master's degree in Electrical Engineering, and is so employed during the day. He lives in Chicago.
